Pamela’s path has taken her through senior leadership roles at Common Future, Renewal Funds, and ASBN, where she became known for her ability to weave relationships, build trust, and activate the potential of entrepreneurs, CEOs, and impact-driven visionaries. Her work is guided by a conviction that leadership is not just about results, but about cultivating inner capacities—intuition, presence, and resilience that allow us to meet these times with integrity and grace.
Alongside her professional commitments, Pamela serves as Board Chair of the TahDah Foundation, is co-founder of SVI Women, and has been a long-standing advisor to the Social Venture Institute at Hollyhock.
At her core, Pam is also a mother, an animal lover, and a seeker. Her architect husband, 16-year-old daughter, affectionate cat, and exuberant dog keep her grounded in the tender, messy, and beautiful realities of daily life.
