Pamela Chaloult has built her life’s work around walking beside leaders as they navigate the complexity of change. As CEO of Practical Feet Advisors, she offers Intuitive Mentoring, Strategic Advising, and Transformational Convenings—spaces where strategy meets spirit, and where leaders are invited to bring their whole selves forward. Her gift lies in creating environments where authenticity, courage, and vulnerability are not only welcomed, but essential to growth.
Pamela’s path has taken her through senior leadership roles at Common Future, Renewal Funds, and ASBN, where she became known for her ability to weave relationships, build trust, and activate the potential of entrepreneurs, CEOs, and impact-driven visionaries. Her work is guided by a conviction that leadership is not just about results, but about cultivating inner capacities—intuition, presence, and resilience that allow us to meet these times with integrity and grace.
Alongside her professional commitments, Pamela serves as Board Chair of the TahDah Foundation, is co-founder of SVI Women, and has been a long-standing advisor to the Social Venture Institute at Hollyhock.
At her core, Pam is also a mother, an animal lover, and a seeker. Her architect husband, 16-year-old daughter, affectionate cat, and exuberant dog keep her grounded in the tender, messy, and beautiful realities of daily life.
Her journey is a testament to the belief that leadership can be both practical and soulful—that true transformation happens when we allow our wisdom, our wounds, and our wholeness to walk together.
