Pamela Chaloult has built her life’s work around walking beside leaders and organizations as they navigate the complexity of change.
She is the Chief of Culture & Strategic Alignment at TDA Investment Group, where she works across leadership, culture, strategy, and organizational development to help translate vision into the relationships, practices, and decisions that allow people and organizations to thrive.
Pamela is also the founder and CEO of Practical Feet Advisors, where she offers intuitive mentoring, strategic advising, and transformational convenings—creating spaces where strategy meets spirit and leaders are invited to bring their whole selves forward. Her gift lies in cultivating environments where authenticity, courage, trust, and vulnerability are not separate from strong leadership, but essential to it.
Her career has included senior leadership roles at Common Future, Renewal Funds, and Social Venture Network, as well as decades of work within the social impact and values-aligned investment communities. Across these roles, Pamela has become known as a relationship weaver, trusted advisor, and facilitator who helps entrepreneurs, executives, investors, and purpose-driven organizations move through moments of transition with greater clarity and connection.
Her work is grounded in the belief that leadership is about more than achieving results. It is also about cultivating the inner capacities—presence, intuition, resilience, self-awareness, and courage—that allow us to meet complexity with integrity and humanity. Pamela serves as Board Chair of the TahDah Foundation, is a co-founder of SVI Women, and has been a long-standing advisor and community builder with the Social Venture Institute at Hollyhock.
