Anyeley Hallová is a real estate developer with 20 years of experience in the built environment. She is the founder of Adre, an equity-centered development company formed with the purpose of developing projects that create social and economic benefits for groups that traditionally lack access to real estate ownership and investment. Adre is a certified woman-owned, minority-owned, and emerging small business in the State of Oregon.
For 12 years, Anyeley was a partner with project^, a Pacific Northwest development company, where she focused on shepherding projects through entitlements and construction. During her tenure, she delivered over $110M in award-winning sustainable market-rate housing, student housing, homes for sale, retail, and offices for mission-driven organizations. Of note is her role as development lead for the R&D for Framework, the first wood high-rise to be permitted in the United States and a catalytic force in the U.S. mass timber industry. Her project for the headquarters of Meyer Memorial Trust, one of Oregon’s largest foundations, received an ULI Americas Award for Excellence for being a top 10 development in North and South America.
Anyeley is an alumna of Cornell University, MIT, and Harvard University. The Urban Land Institute named her “40 under 40,” as one of the best young land-use professionals from around the globe and Grist 50 identified her as an emerging leader in climate, equity, and sustainability. She currently serves as Chair of Oregon’s Land Conservation and Development Commission (LCDC) and Chair of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
