Caesaré Assad, using all pronouns, has devoted their life’s work to stewarding Mother Earth, nourishing people, and fostering community while nurturing pathways to collective healing. Raised in a multi-racial home in rural Oklahoma, they found their calling as a lifelong artist. Caesaré’s journey led them to become a laborer, honing their skills in restaurant kitchens before venturing into social system change, including their most recent role as the Executive Director at Food System 6, a non-profit business accelerator supporting frontline food and climate justice leaders.
With over 20 years of experience as an operator and executive leader, Caesaré has spearheaded numerous initiatives and businesses that serve communities ranging from the micro to the global scale. Their extensive experience has exposed them to a variety of realities, inspiring their mission to build bridges and shift away from the current extractive paradigm. Instead, they work to cultivate a world rooted in self-love, interconnectedness, and co-creation. They are a fellow of the Just Economy Institute and actively engaged in co-creating wealth redistribution strategies with Narratives Unbound.
Caesaré currently leads Centipede Collective, an interdisciplinary consulting group specializing in professional coaching and fractional leadership for individuals and organizations seeking healing pathways to transformative change within the food and financial system.
