Jaime Gloshay is the Managing Director of Impact Investments at Common Future, where she leads lending and investments into community-rooted organizations. She serves on the boards of UpTogether, Urban Strategies Inc., Kiva U.S., and Justice Funders, where she co-developed the Just Transition Investment Framework.
An intersectional movement builder, Jaime has worked with Justice Funders, Kindle Project’s Indigenous Women’s Flow Fund, the Trauma of Money, and NDN Collective’s Collective Abundance Fund. She is a fellow with Liberation in a Generation, Center for Community Investment, Boston Impact Initiative, New Mexico Tribal Data Champions, and Opportunity Finance Network.
Before Common Future, Jaime launched Dreamspring’s Native Lending program and supported Nusenda’s relationship-based lending initiative with Roanhorse Consulting LLC. She is also Co-founder and former Co-CEO of Native Women Lead, where she led program design, capital strategies, and partnership development. She served as a primary architect of the Equality Can’t Wait Challenge, which seeded $10 million into the Future is Indigenous Women initiative.
Jaime is a mother of three, residing in Tiwa Territory (Albuquerque, New Mexico), and is from the Navajo and White Mountain Apache Nations.
