Kiki Mager (they/them) is Director of Resource Mobilisation at Good Ancestor Movement. They are a multidisciplinary designer and organiser having previously worked across the arts and cultural industries and on open-source investigations and documentary productions addressing social injustices. They’re passionate about engaging diverse stakeholders for transformational change, bridging abundant resources with social justice and attending to the tensions and possibilities within. Kiki is driven by queer joy, a desire for experimentation and co-creation and the knowledge that just and equitable worlds are possible.
In their role at Good Ancestor Movement Kiki focuses on practices shifting power and capital in support of a just transition to regenerative and equitable futures. As part of that and together with their colleagues, they run educational and action-oriented programmes for wealth holders, shape movements-aligned resourcing vehicles and create tools that support the transition to regenerative and reparative wealth stewardship and redistribution practices.
