Kyle Rudzinski

Kyle Rudzinski spent time on a regenerative bison ranch in Montana prior to heading rePlant Capital’s operations as the firm’s first employee hire. Previously, he led sustainability strategy at Levi Strauss & Co. before becoming the company’s first cofounder of its ventures arm. He has also led investments in a multimillion-dollar solar startup portfolio at the US Department of Energy. 

Kyle has spoken on the circular economy and sustainability at SXSW, Green Biz, and Sustainable Brands along with lecturing at universities including Stanford, Harvard, and Berkeley. He earned his MBA from the University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business where he was a Center for Responsible Business Fellow. He holds an MEd in educational psychology and a BA in foreign affairs from the University of Virginia. 

He lives in the East Bay with his partner and pup; spends weekends outdoors hiking and mountaineering; and occasionally officiates friends’ weddings.
