Lori Holmes is a collaborative leader, leveraging two decades of experience in nonprofit organizations focused on economic justice, community health, and increasing participatory government practices. Since 2020, she has worked at Solidaire Network, a community of funders and donor organizers who mobilize resources and solidarity to the front lines of social justice movements. In her role as Finance Director, she facilitates the deployment of millions in grants to movement, supports organizational development and strategy, and encourages storytelling through numbers. She believes financial discussions should be inclusive and engaging and used to strengthen solidarity.
In addition to finances, her previous experience includes human resources, strategic planning, program development, technology design, and community-based participatory action research. Her core focus is aligning organizational values with internal processes.
Lori enjoys arts and crafts projects and spending time in nature with her partner and dog. She currently lives in Massachusetts where she is on the Board of Almanack Arts.
