As the Senior Portfolio Manager of ICA Fund Good Jobs, Nina manages a portfolio of $2.1M of investment and provides consulting, advising resources, and capital raising services being delivered to ICA Fund Good Jobs portfolio companies. Nina has advised and consulted 50+ small businesses on strategic growth, financial forecasting, marketing and organizational development resulting in creation of 400+ local good jobs, and the facilitation of over $10M in capital investments. Nina brings over 10 years of experience with social enterprises and small businesses, and specializes in scaling high impact entrepreneurs, raising growth capital, and making connections that support local good job creation. Nina holds a Bachelor’s degree in High Technology Management from California State University in San Marcos, CA. Nina earned her MBA from the Lorry I. Lokey School of Business at Mills College, where she co-founded the Net Impact chapter and was a Forte Fellow and scholarship recipient. Nina holds a Certificate for Board Directorship from the Anderson Graduate School of Business at UCLA. Nina also sits on the Board of Directors of ICA Fund Good Jobs portfolio company, Firebrand Artisan Breads and arts organization, The Umoja Festival.
