Dr. Suparna Kudesia works at the intersection of education, capital, and collective liberation. She began her career in classrooms and community learning spaces, where she saw how institutions can either constrain possibility or cultivate it. That question continues to shape her leadership and work in justice spaces. She approaches capital as a relationship that must align with values, accountability, and our collective liberation.
With close to two decades in education and movement spaces, they have designed justice-centered fellowships, mentored emerging leaders, and developed decolonial learning frameworks that bridge vision and practice. Across her work, Suparna is guided by a simple belief: that strong, well-tended institutions can make collective liberation durable and beyond the imaginary. They have experience designing participatory grantmaking processes, stewarding funder relationships, and supporting grassroots leaders navigating systemic barriers to capital.

They are particularly interested in how capital—across philanthropy, investment, and lending—can be reimagined to support long-term community wealth building and systems transformation.
