Ms. Y. Elaine Rasmussen is a CEO of Social Impact Strategies Group (SISG). Driven by the mission to mainstream impact investing and democratizing access to capital by and for women and communities of color, SISG designs community-centered strategies for philanthropists, nonprofits, foundations, investors and social entrepreneurs for positive, sustainable social impact. Elaine has extensive experience in building cultural competency and facilitating transformational relationships in a wide range of sectors: for-profit, philanthropy, government, Native and non-Native and non-profit organizations. Ms. Rasmussen has a proven track record of strategic positioning, creative communications, combined with an innate ability to develop strong relationships internally and with community partners for win-win outcomes and shared sense of purpose. Tiffany Brown
Tiffany Brown is an anticapitalist investment advisor who co-founded Chordata Capital: Investment with a Backbone with Kate Poole in 2018. Tiffany worked in the non-profit sector for over a decade before transitioning into her work in finance. Her career has ranged from being Co-Director at YES!, Board member at Common Fire Foundation, founding advisor to Kindle Project Foundation, to directing national leadership retreats at Resource Generation, and serving on the Finance Committee for Haymarket People’s Fund. She currently serves on the board of Pie Ranch, Resource Generation and Center for Economic Democracy.
Tiffany loves hosting dinner parties, dancing and homemaking. She enjoys karaoke with friends, where she can allow her inner performer to run wild.
Stephanie Randolph
Stephanie Randolph is a member of the Cassiopeia Foundation team, formerly blue moon fund, an innovative philanthropic investment vehicle that supports its programmatic priorities solely through impact investing vehicles. In her role at Cassiopeia, Stephanie works to strategically identify investment opportunities that will advance the environmental and social impacts, as defined by the founding family, while also producing financial returns. She provides intelligence and analysis on opportunities to drive social change, internal project management, and relationship stewardship across a diverse range of stakeholders to cultivate mutually beneficial strategic relationships. Stephanie has a long history and passion for sustainable community development, particularly in Appalachia. Her experience in community & economic development, fundraising and as a program manager influenced her approach as a grantmaker seeking to support holistic and sustainable strategies. She is currently the co-chair of the Energy & Natural Resources Working Group of the Appalachia Funders Network. Stephanie also co-leads a regional initiative to launch an impact investing platform that will connect impact investors with a pipeline of investable propositions in Central Appalachia. Prior to her time at the foundation, Stephanie served as the founding Executive Director of the Nicholas County Community Foundation in Summersville, West Virginia, worked for the Webster County Economic Development Authority, Mountaineer Foodbank and served on the board of Philanthropy West Virginia. She holds a Masters of Arts in Communal Service/Nonprofit Management and a Masters of Arts in Hebrew Letters from Hebrew Union College – Jewish Institute of Religion.
Ryan Marie Decker
Ryan works with asset owners on impact investment strategy and execution, social entrepreneurs across many areas, and supports ecosystem development to catalyze and scale mission-driven capital deployment. She is passionate about harnessing financial tools, deploying money and innovating markets for social and environmental justice.
Ryan is an investment professional with over fifteen years of global experience, having worked at institutional asset managers including the reinsurer Swiss Re, fund-of-funds Man Group plc, a multi-billion family office in Switzerland, and the UK’s development finance institution CDC Group plc. Ryan has also worked with early-stage impact investment fund managers, social ventures, foundations, CDFIs and non-profit sector partners. Throughout her career Ryan has covered public and private market strategies in both developed and emerging markets. She has sector experience in environmental markets/conservation, education, agriculture and microfinance.
Ryan graduated from the Huntsman Program in International Studies & Business at the University of Pennsylvania in 2001 where she specialized in Public Policy & Management and French, and studied abroad in St. Louis, Sénégal. In 2013 she completed the Oxford Impact Investing Programme at the Saïd School of Business. In 2017 she became part of the inaugural cohort of Integrated Capital Fellows, a program launched by RSF Social Finance.
Ryan grew up in the Rocky Mountains near Boulder, Colorado and has lived in Japan, France, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. She lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico and works and travels throughout the Mountain West.

Robin Bot-Miller
Robin is a team builder, investor and lifelong learner dedicated to supporting innovative businesses that focus on future generations as well as annual results. Mr Bot-Miller left the world of institutional real estate investing in 2016 to embark on a year ‘sabbatical’ with his wife Heather and to refocus his career in a more regenerative direction. He is a proud new dad to their son Ever, born in June 2017. Robin is currently studying organic farming at the Center for Land-Based Learning, where his profound respect for farmers and our soils grows daily. Mr. Bot-Miller previously spent 11 years as a commercial real estate investor, most recently as a co-founder and Managing Director of RBC Real Estate Capital Partners and previously in the Real Estate Principal Investment Area of Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the New York, Dallas and London offices. He had a wide range of responsibilities including the asset management, acquisition and restructuring of investments located in Canada, the United States, Europe, Australia and Latin America. Originally from Saint Cloud, Minnesota, Robin graduated with honors from Stanford University with a degree in Economics. He is a Fulbright Scholar whose program in Monterrey, Mexico focused on international business.
Rini Banerjee
Rini Banerjee has been working in the philanthropic sector for the last 17 years. Currently, Rini is a strategic advisor at Columbia University, Mailman School of Public Health. From 2012-2016, Rini served as the first Executive Director of the Foundation for a Just Society (FJS). Rini led the start-up phase of this recently formed private global foundation funding women, girls and LGBT rights work in the U.S., Francophone West Africa, South + Southeast Asia, and Central America. Before joining FJS, she was a Senior Program Officer at the Overbrook Foundation, where she implemented and oversaw domestic and international grants portfolios in human rights, youth organizing, reproductive rights and justice, human trafficking, and progressive movement building. Previously, she was the Program Director at the New York Women’s Foundation, and held positions at UNICEF, UNDP, and at several community-based organizations working in the women’s rights and social justice fields. Earlier in her career, she worked as a financial analyst for the Investment Division of Citibank/Citicorp in NYC and marketing department at the Samuel Goldwyn Company. She is currently a Trustee of the Mertz Gilmore Foundation and Board member of the Funders for Reproductive Equity. Rini has been involved with co-creating and serving on many steering committees including establishing the newly formed Philanthropy Advancing Women’s Human Rights, Groundswell Fund, and the Funders Collaborative on Youth Organizing. She was the Board Chair of the Asian American/Pacific Islanders in Philanthropy (AAPIP) and past board member of South Asian Youth Action (SAYA!). She also co-founded the Asian Women’s Giving Circle in NYC. Rini has a master’s in International Affairs from Columbia University with a concentration in human rights and economic development and a BS in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
