Dawn McGee is the CEO of Goodworks Ventures, a Montana-based fund that invests in companies with high impact solutions to challenging problems. She is also a co-founder of the Hellgate Venture Network, an entrepreneurial networking group. As President of the High Stakes Foundation, her mandate is to provide support to visionary people and organizations that are leading and implementing changes to create a sustainable future for Montana. She and her team recently launched Goodworks Evergreen, a holding company that is acquiring businesses that have aging founders and need next generation leadership. The ultimate goal of Goodworks Evergreen is to create broad based community ownership of a large bucket of dividend paying businesses. She has founded or worked with various social investment enterprises over the last 20+ years including Global Partners, LLC; Underdog Ventures, LCC; and the Unitus Equity Fund. She loves to be outside and to play music with friends.
